Olivia

Olivia joined the Sugar River Animal Hospital team as a Client Service Representative in September 2024. Her love for animals started at a young age when she spent time with her dad’s pulling horses. That early connection sparked a lifelong passion for animals, which continues to grow to this day. In fact, driving draft horses is her number one favorite activity. 

Originally from Newport, New Hampshire, Olivia has traveled and lived up and down the East Coast, but she always finds her way back home to New Hampshire.  She shares her home with her orange cat, Morty, and two Betta fish, Fred and Carl.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys working with horses, spending time with friends, and relaxing while watching movies.

What Olivia finds most fulfilling about working with animals is the ability to connect with them on an emotional level. Her empathetic nature allows her to understand and respond to their feelings, helping to ensure every interaction is positive and reassuring for both pets and their families. Olivia takes pride in being a friendly and supportive presence for every client and pet that walks through the doors.
